Design M is a professional website design, branding and graphic design business based in the UK. We have been lucky enough to have worked in some beautiful locations, including the beautiful South Coast of East Sussex, London, and most recently East Devon, where we are surrounded by an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and have the Jurassic Coast right on our doorstep. Many of our clients are from these places too, but many more are located further afield across the UK and internationally, as we can work with clients based anywhere.

For the majority of our design projects, we provide a fixed-price quote covering the full scope of work. Any additional work that arises during the project and falls outside the original quote will be charged separately at our standard hourly rate. For very small jobs, or projects with too many unknown variables, we typically charge on an ad-hoc hourly basis.
Yes. We offer ongoing website support and maintenance after your site has launched, which can include WordPress system, theme and plugin updates, troubleshooting technical issues, resolving hosting or compatibility problems, and making content updates such as adding blog posts or products. Website maintenance is available on an ad-hoc basis so that clients can enjoy all of our support services without being tied to a monthly contract.
Yes. Design M offers SEO and website performance support, including on-page and meta optimisation, keyword research and implementation, site structure improvements, page speed enhancements, targeted landing pages, blog support, and more. We tailor our SEO work to your site and provide ongoing insights and recommendations to monitor and improve performance.
